Exterus Payrolling will provide for an adequate pension scheme

Payrolling companies such as Exterus Payrolling still fall under the scope of the mandatory requirement of the StiPP industry pension fund. Its employees are automatically registered with StiPP’s pension plans. As of January 1, 2021, Payrolling employees will be entitled to an “adequate pension scheme” under the WAB. Payrolling employees will no longer be subject to the mandatory requirement of StiPP from 1 January 2021. To keep things simple and clear, Exterus Payrolling itself will provide for an adequate pension scheme.
