Exterus is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniëlle de Groot as Immigration Manager. With her arrival, Exterus further strengthens its Immigration Practice, supporting clients in navigating the growing complexity of global workforce mobility.

In an increasingly international labor market, organizations are more frequently required to move talent across borders. At the same time, immigration regulations continue to evolve, making compliance more complex and time-consuming. Exterus supports clients by simplifying these processes and ensuring a seamless, compliant approach to global mobility.

Daniëlle de Groot brings over eight years of experience in international mobility and immigration. Prior to joining Exterus, she served as Country Director at Eres Relocation Netherlands, where she was responsible for managing the Dutch operations, including HR, finance, account management, and quality control. In this role, she also led the immigration team and played a key role in maintaining high training and quality standards, including ISO and EGQS recertification processes.

Earlier in her career, Daniëlle held roles as (Senior) International Mobility Coordinator, supporting expats relocating to the Netherlands with end-to-end services ranging from immigration and tax to housing and local compliance. She began her career at Expatica Communications, where she gained broad experience in operations, content, and marketing within the international community.

“We are very pleased to welcome Daniëlle to our team,” says Dennis von Oven, Director at Exterus. “Her expertise and hands-on approach make her a valuable addition to our Immigration Practice. With Daniëlle on board, we are well-positioned to further support our clients in managing international talent and navigating immigration challenges.”

In her role as Immigration Manager, Daniëlle will focus on advising clients on immigration strategies, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the continued development of Exterus’ Immigration Practice.

Daniëlle de Groot: “I’m excited to join Exterus at a time when global mobility is becoming increasingly important for organizations. I look forward to working with the team and supporting clients in navigating immigration challenges in a way that is both compliant and people-centered.”

With this appointment, Exterus continues to invest in its expertise and reinforces its position as a trusted partner in global mobility and employment solutions.
