We encourage you to first address your complaint with your primary point of contact at Exterus. If the matter cannot be resolved to your satisfaction, you may submit a formal complaint by emailing info@exterus.nl with “COMPLAINT” clearly stated in the subject line.
Exterus follows an internal complaints procedure to ensure every issue is handled with care and attention. Your case will be reviewed by one of our board members, who will assess the matter thoroughly and follow up with you directly.
